so I've had some issues learning that there's a difference between the rental scooter apps. today was the day that made me finally decide to write a Google review when I reported that a ride was really bad and had a vehicle issue. and the AI was unhelpful. then I tried to get a ride home from what I was doing and the app would not let me scan in and I couldn't get any help from anyone. I only wish lime was available where I live because I believe it's a far superior app and product.

The app wouldn't save my reserved bike. I tried multiple times. Luckily, the bike wasn't far from my home, so it was there for me to unlock and use, and I had no problem getting my ride started (except that I had to take the quiz again before riding, but maybe the city requires that). Also, I'd like for app to have feature to filter to see only bikes or only scooters rather than having to zoom in to see what's available at a particular location. I have a preference to use the bikes.

We are going to a city with these. Thought I'd get the app now, so we're ready if we want to try it. I can't even sign in. The "magic link" is doing nothing. Using the code does nothing. Trying to sign in with my Google account does nothing. I'm not emailing someone that can't even get the most basic part of an app figured out. After reading the horrible reviews, I'm deleting it. Cause clearly this won't be the only issue, even if I can get signed up. I don't know how this has over 4 stars.
