servicesocial_and_communityupdates_and_maintenanceI have used been blessed to be able to have such an amazing service as this this has been to my family and I. I was between giving 4/5 stars because adding a trip was a walk in the park compared to dealing with that automative service with Mrs. Mara. I did give 5 stars based on how easily this guided me through what I needed; however, the hesitant moment to give 4 stars was because I am a firm believer in leaving room for consistently improving. I am still at that semi tech savvy age to better navigate an application or have a support system to step in when I am not able. Sadly; a large number of people needing this helpful don’t have this knowledge or support to assist them in doing or teaching it. I hope if there are ones assisting with this new addition to their services that they keep in mind as a patient we need patience because I assure you few if any are reaching out for fun or just to be ugly to someone. Lashing out is not okay and amens is always an option; one I have to had do many times due to frustration. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if I am able to guide or practice using this app as a tool to better manage your trips. I will update this review as I experience it moving forward.

Version 1.4.5
designfeature_requestsserviceI just started using this app and so far I think it’s pretty well designed. However, when it asks for the Arrival Time, they don’t mean the time you’d like the driver to arrive to pick you up nor do they mean the time you’d like to arrive at your destination which in many cases is probably your appointment. The verbiage should say Appointment Time which is exactly what it says AFTER you receive your confirmation details. For example, my appointment time was 1:45pm but I wanted to be there by 1:30 so that’s the time I put. When they selected your pick up time they schedule it for 15-30 minutes earlier than your Arrival Time but in my case it was more than 30 minutes. This was an issue for me because it scheduled me to be picked up at 12:45pm but I couldn’t leave work until no later than 1pm. If you all can change the language from saying Arrival Time to Appointment Time so the form matches the confirmation page then that’d be less confusing. Also, if you could put a tip telling people that whatever Appointment Time they choose, the driver will arrive anywhere between 15-30 minutes (or more) earlier. I see you all have helpful tips throughout the booking process so that addition would be great as well. Other than that I think it’s a really great app!

sound_and_musicperformance_and_bugsOverall great. I’m new to this app and am still learning. I’m not sure if this is where I am experiencing a problem but I will start here. At the end of my trip, as I am walking in the door my phone is already ringing to rate my trip but it asks one question and you push the appropriate number and it just stops. Then I check my voice messages and there are three of these calls already called in and I can’t tell which driver I am supposed to be rating and there are several messages on my phone that says to rate the driver. And again I don’t know which driver I am rating. I have one complaint and that was the driver was reporting he was there but I wasn’t, but I had been waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes and no driver was there. I called the number provided and was told it was a wrong number, I kept trying to find the driver but he was not there. I ended up having to walk home in a severe thunderstorm and with a brace on my leg and wasn’t supposed to be walking on it - almost 5 miles.
