I purchased the ECON bundle, which included Change flight option. I needed to change me flight 2days before, and it would give me an error. there is no live customer support to help. the chat box only sent me a link to "change flight" but the error persisted. I had to cancel my flight, lose money and book a new one. terrible customer service. no way to contact ppl

Theres a love h8 relationship with this app. My personal experience will be great then there will be an update and the app will suck, 1 or 2 updates later its good again. Currently its pretty good with the excpetion of no longer being able to clear my recent searches. My biggest complaint though is the Domestic and International destinations list no longer being seperate. Just one long list of all the destinations combined . Please switch that back to the way it was.

Got a email for a delay right before going to the airport. I checked the app and website as the email suggested no information about a delay. I went to the airport 2 hours early just in case it was still on time. Couldn't check in through the app or the kiosk because technical issues. Next I had to wait at the frontier line for 25 minutes before getting any help.(only one person ahead of me) Finally I learned the flight was canceled and didn't get a cancel notification for 3 hours.
