performance_and_bugsserviceMy 7-year-old loves the interactive games—Homer is the most engaging learning app we've tried. However, the stories between games often freeze, forcing us to close and restart the app. This frustrates my son, especially since he looks forward to the stories. It’s making him not want to play or learn on the app anymore. Please fix the freezing issue—this could be an amazing tool if it worked smoothly.

She enjoys it way more then abc mouse and is easier to navigate both for the parent and child. The only reason I will not give it 5 stars is when the app malfunction (which happens and I understand) the support team is very slow to get back to you and doesnt update you on what's happening. It took almost a week and multiple emails on my end to have the issue resolved.

performance_and_bugsupdates_and_maintenanceLove the app and how easy it is to use and navigate. The only problem I come across at least 1 time every time I use the app is that something always freezes and I have to close out completely and choose a different game or activity. The app will just stay stuck on loading and nothing ever loads. Maybe in the next update they can fix that issue.
