performance_and_bugsservicepricingRecurring issue of not being able to access any courses except the EPA 608 Universal. They contacted me last time (a week ago) to let me know it was a temporary issue that they quickly resolved (and it was, within 24 hours) but it's doing the same thing again. I like this app because I can learn whenever works for me, but lately I don't have that. I'll gladly give the app 5 stars again after they address the reliability issues. If they don't, I'll have to consider ending my subscription.

performance_and_bugsit's a decent app with several courses available for folks wanting to get into a trade. courses are pretty straightforward and easy. there were several errors and questions in section quizzes that weren't at all covered, but I passed the 608 universal in less than 24 hours. the online proctoring is a huge plus and why I chose it. however, it's pretty slow to load and drains the battery quickly compared to any of my other apps.

performance_and_bugsserviceGood info but I'm in the middle of doing lessons for universal epa and it won't let me scroll through the introduction. Very dissapointed that I'm paying for this and it doesn't work right. I restarted the introduction and it worked, restarting app did not. To reiterate they have great lessons. But I really don't appreciate how clunky it is to flip through the lessons or how it automatically starts the next one. Half the time it says I completed a lesson when I didn't and it starts the wrong one
