This game has great bones. There's a TON of content, the combat is satisfying, and progression is good. However, it really needs balancing; there is an objectively best character (paid), several stats and skills don't scale well (esp health), and the pet system feels tacked on. There's a lot of MTXs. The game has 5+ systems, and each one comes with its own perma boost. There's also a battle pass and temporary boost, which is just a subscription. Great game, just needs polish and balancing.

I spent more time watching advertisements for the past two hours than the last six months of anything else, including television. "Why not just buy ad-skip?" because permanent ad skip is 40$, and anything less than that is not worth the money. Edit: Decided to check how progress offline was since I'm currently lacking games I want to play. Reinstalled and linked my account... to the fresh install. Thanks for not even bothering to put in a check if an account was already linked or not.

Devs really missed the point of Stick Fighters. This is nothing like the ads. Just another boring click the quest, click to level up ability 5 times, click on quest again. on and on... Chanching the weapon means nothing. I equipped a bow, and the character still uses a greatsword. Abilities are just random environmental effects that don't change the fighting style either.
