The latest update changed the way the search works. Previously, you could search nearby with one tab, and by manually entering the information in a separate tab. They combined the search into one tab, making it less convenient to use. Also, there's no way to view the user created favorite folders. Both of these issues need to be fixed. I'm seriously considering canceling my paid subscription if they're not fixed.

8 months ago, the app started being buggy. Since then, there's been an update, but the app has become awful to use. Messages don't send, pictures don't display, albums are empty, videos are flipped, and the new UI leaves a lot to be desired. I thought going back to Pro might make a difference, maybe, but it didn't. It's tolerable at best, but generally not worth the money. I'd open a ticket if I thought I'd get a response, but that's not been the case in the past. Don't waste your money.

support has been a nightmare. I've been a member from the beginning and paid for premium for 10 years. I have not been receiving notifications for months now while support ignores me for weeks at a time, occasionally responding to say I need to install the latest version (it is). since Scruff doesn't want my money, I'm canceling premium. train your support staff to not ignore people.
