paymentcustomer_supportfirst ride, the taxi driver charged us the taxi fee not the freenow fee. we paid double what was estimated. I spoke with the AI bot... ehem, the "real person" the escalated too, and they added the extra 21 euros as a voucher. cool. went to use a second time wanting to use my voucher, but since I didn't add a card, I ultimately had to pay cash again. wasn't aware. I wanted my voucher to be returned as a refund instead, the AI... ehem.. the definitely real person said they couldn't do anything

servicecustomer_supportWhile traveling around Rome FREENOW was simple to use and very convenient. Found all our drivers to be very polite and no language barriers. Drivers got us from point A to point B quickly and safely. Never felt we were unsafe nor being taken advantage of which is a concern sometimes when in a foreign country that you are unfamiliar with. I highly recommend traveler's to use FREENOW for the convenience and you'll know up front what you'll pay for your journey.

gamificationmonetizationthey rip you off the price a lot of times for their own extra buck, especially if they want to stick with drivers meter pricing and then add the booking fee on top of their meter price when its already included in the fee. Drivers go more base off their own decisions than what the app says. Very iffy and they always charge you the most amount you see for the estimate. at least, this is all experienced in Greece. the app called me two cars for the same destination and added a cancel fee. rip off.
