book through a boswer. It's unnecessary that the app is required for a boarding pass when it's unusable. I booked and modified a flight on the app within the 24 hour grace period. Later, the original departure date was showing for the flight. I had to change the flight again, but pay the fee this time since it was beyond the 24 hour window. It's only 25 dollars, but it's still a very convenient glitch when considering how many people use the airline. you're better off using their wesbite

None of the buttons on the main screen work. You click them and they do nothing. You can't check in, manage your trip, book flights, anything. There's no point in even using this app, you just have to go to the website for everything. I've tried un/re-installing the app and using it on a different phone.

as everyone else keeps saying, the app is so glitchy and constantly crashes, doesn't work half the time. you have to go through almost the whole process to even figure out roughly what your ticket will cost and then they tack on all sorts of fees. and then when you try to book, the app crashes and you have to start over. they have the potential to be a great app/company if they could only make this app work.
