BugsHate itUpdatesI've been a doordash driver for more than 5 years and I almost never give apps a bad review. I just uninstall them and move on. The problem here is that I have brought bugs and other issues to doordash's attention, and they just don't listen. The app rarely gets updated and when it does it is usually some "feature" that finds creative ways to rip us off, but usually isn't an update that would fix frustrating issues or downright malfunctions. How can I work for a company that won't listen to me?

BugsCustomer ServiceDifficultHate itThe app is completely insane. Freezes constantly . Their customer support is impossible and there is no way to do anything right. There isn't any support for the dasher. They dock you for situations that are beyond your control. The app messes up constantly ,no fault of mine but they refuse to dispute it . You drive around and waste gas and look incompetent, when actually it's the DoorDash app. They make it seem like we are doing a poor job, even though the app freezes, during your busy time.

LocationThe app is having issues with the GPS feature. at times it will not exit out of the map and go to the complete delivery screen and the other issue I've had is it marks the drop off location the same as the pick up location. I've had to open up a separate app to navigate several times recently. the app is up to date on my end.
