This is the app you are expected to install if you want a map of the Universal Studios Hollywood. The app has a partial list of attractions and an unfathomable map that does little to help find attractions. The does not show wait times for the attractions, or showtimes for the shows, for that you need to visit their website. When there is so much effort in the park, why ship an app that ruins the experience? A paper map would be much more readable in bright sunlight and is easy show family.

The app often fails to load the QR code for the park tickets to actually even get in. It will not let me save a credit card. it keeps requiring an address. While saved, it requires it to be re-entered, but when doing and it gives an error. Doesn't matter, even if it doesn't spit that error it won't actually save it so you can't save the card. So mobile ordering was impossible. The park is mid tier and the experience here is not worth the price. Stay home or go to Disney.

This app is terrible. You can only buy 1 day at a time. Each time you have to reenter all the same information again which is painful in a phone. Address, card number etc.. Despite the fact that you are logged in the app with a username and password. After you purchase the tickets they are sent in a email but NOT added to the apps wallet!!! To add it to the wallet you have to find the email and the ticket number. I really have better things to do with my time.
