performance_and_bugsmonetizationCompare this experience to Delta app and it's night and day. The stability and performance are terrible. Constant errors when trying to change seats. Checked Reddit the particular error code has been going on for years. Frustrating to not have access to make changes, chat bot is terrible, phone wants go charge you $25 even though there's an app error. The experience before the flight matters, but JetBlue doesn't seem to prioritize it.

Totally unacceptable for a company this big to have a non-functioning website and app. Despite using my correct login information, it tells me that my information is wrong. I've seen tons of people online complaining about the same error. It's been like this for years, even when I've changed passwords. If they can't take the time to fix this error, I'll gladly swap to other airlines.

performance_and_bugsConvenient but glitchy. I canceled a flight a few weeks ago and it still shows up on my flight list. Also, as of rn I can't access the app at all. I get an error that says,"Something went wrong with JetBlue. JetBlue closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error.
